Are you a skilled sales professional with a talent for turning prospects into clients?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the medical aesthetic industry?

Diamond Accelerator, a national digital marketing and consulting agency dedicated exclusively to medical aesthetic practices, is searching for a Sales Superstar to join our remote team and help us serve more practices and close more deals!

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Consultant, working remotely to drive growth and revenue. You’ll be a key player in converting qualified prospects into clients from our outbound and inbound sources.

Take charge of your CRM and database, managing a pipeline of potential customers like a pro.

Handle inbound appointments booked on your calendar

Conduct 30-60 minute meetings with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and turning interest into action.

️ Ensure all contracts are signed, payments are collected, and clients are smoothly enrolled into our programs.

Collaborate with management to ensure lead quality and maintain high standards on every call.

Follow up with prospects and actively seek new opportunities during down time.

Stay self-motivated and goal-oriented, consistently striving to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.

2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and in the medical aesthetic industry minimum (additional sales experience is a plus).

️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services.

Strong time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and focused.

A flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves a good challenge.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $100,000 - $200,000+ (will vary based on experience) + health
