Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Location: Central or Eastern Time Zones Preferred

Amplity seeks a Program Manager to oversee multiple sales programs, lead remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted client advisor. This remote role favors candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Market access experience is a plus!

Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a vital role in managing multiple contracted programs by overseeing client relationships and leading remote sales and account teams. This leadership role involves managing several programs, ensuring collaboration, alignment with client goals, and achievement of deliverables.

As the primary liaison, the Program Manager acts as a trusted advisor to clients and partners with Amplity leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize team performance, and deliver results. Success requires understanding client products, program operations, and market intelligence to exceed expectations and deliver value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships to meet deliverables and explore growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Program Management

  • Oversee program execution, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and report on sales, operational efficiency, and compliance to clients and leadership.
  • Develop strategies based on performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain understanding of client products, market trends, and competition.
  • Address challenges proactively and adapt strategies as needed.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and guide sales and account representatives to meet objectives.
  • Lead hiring and interviewing activities.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with ongoing support and development.
  • Manage team engagement and performance accountability.

Expense Management

  • Review and approve employee expenses per policies.
  • Keep expenses within budget.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare reports for leadership and clients, including QBRs and performance summaries.
  • Use data insights to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Compliance

  • Adhere to Amplity and client policies, privacy guidelines, and laws.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with program teams and support departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales and account management leadership.
  • Remote team management experience preferred.
  • Market Access experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven performance record.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to pass required training.
  • Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
