Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Location: Central or Eastern Time Zones Preferred

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for building client relationships? Amplity is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple contracted sales programs, lead remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This remote role prefers candidates residing in the Eastern or Central time zones. Market access experience is a plus!

Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a key role in managing multiple programs by overseeing client relationships and leading remote sales and account teams. The role involves ensuring collaboration, alignment with client goals, and achievement of deliverables, acting as the primary liaison between Amplity and clients, and partnering with leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize team performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build strong partnerships, serve as a trusted advisor, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Program Management: Oversee program execution, monitor results, develop strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay informed on market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and guide team members, lead hiring, foster a high-performance culture, and manage performance.
  • Expense Management: Approve expense reports and maintain budget compliance.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare performance reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Compliance: Adhere to policies, privacy guidelines, and regulations.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with program teams and support departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and account management leadership experience.
  • Remote team management and Market Access experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
