Job summary

ECA Recruiters is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to lead a nine-person sales team across multi-state markets. This role focuses on selling buy-and-bill prescription medicines to physicians, hospitals, and clinics within a regional footprint that includes Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

The position offers a lucrative total income package with a base salary up to $225,000, plus a $55,000 bonus at goal and performance-based incentives.

• Five+ years of experience leading pharmaceutical sales teams.

COMPANY:

POSITION:

• Pharmaceutical Sales Management position leading a team of nine representatives
• The team sells buy and bill prescription medicines to physicians, hospitals and clinics.

TERRITORY:

• Region includes the major cities in the States of Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma.

COMPENSATION:

• Total income package is $220-275K+
• Base Salary up to $225K (depending upon experience)
• Bonus plan adds $55K at goal, but can be even higher based on personal performance
• LTI package based on performance.
