Position: Territory Manager - Albany, GA CMH

The Territory Manager will be responsible for account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment in the disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio. This includes multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts. The role involves establishing credibility as an expert and resource to support all medicines and appropriate brand patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Business Ownership: Promoting the full portfolio, understanding the marketplace, tailoring strategies, navigating healthcare and payer landscapes, utilizing data and analytics, adopting new technologies, and identifying new customer engagement opportunities.
  2. Selling Skills / Customer Experience: Using Lilly’s sales and account management models, understanding disease states and the marketplace, engaging in patient-centered dialogues.
  3. Execution / Results: Promoting across the portfolio, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and building internal and external partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • State-required professional certification/license
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Skills:
  • Business ownership, selling, and execution skills
  • Account-based selling experience
  • Learning agility, self-motivation, emotional intelligence
  • Bilingual abilities as needed
  • Residence within 30 miles of the territory

Compensation for this role ranges from $63,000 to $138,600, depending on experience and location. Employees are eligible for bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), health benefits, paid time off, and well-being programs.
