The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in manufacturing and exposure to regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, equipment, or packaging technology.
• Experience in a regulated environment (FDA) is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential suppliers and write specifications.
• Launch tenders (RFP, RFS) and ensure compliance with specs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure safety compliance.
• Document all technical drawings and update factory documentation.
