The role requires 5+ years in pharma manufacturing with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong GMP knowledge, and proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical production processes.
• Experience with various manufacturing equipment (e.g., tablet presses, capsule fillers, packaging lines).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of production operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMP.
• Manage daily production activities, including batch manufacturing, packaging, and equipment operation, to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch manufacturing records, equipment logs, and deviation reports.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and good housekeeping practices within the manufacturing area.
