Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Life Science Recruiter

Technical Source is seeking a skilled Process Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience working on valves, pumps, and related process equipment in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will support day-to-day operations by ensuring equipment reliability and responding to maintenance needs across the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment, with an emphasis on centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, control valves, check valves, and pressure relief devices
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support production schedules
• Assist in equipment rebuilds, changeovers, and calibrations where needed
• Follow GMP documentation practices, including work orders, logbooks, and maintenance records
• Support cross-functional teams during shutdowns and planned upgrades
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory protocols during maintenance activities

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing facility
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing valves and pumps
• Familiarity with GMP, safety procedures, and cleanroom protocols
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications are a plus
