  • Willingness to travel and reside within 25 miles of the territory border
  • Urgent Care setting experience preferred
  • Valid US Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Ability to complete required study and certification time
  • Ability to complete required Compliance training within client-set timelines

Responsibilities

  • Increase awareness of high/at-risk patient types for COVID-19
  • Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options
  • Educate targeted healthcare professionals, urgent cares, and retail pharmacies on patient identification and preparedness
  • Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact
  • Collaborate with customer-facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate field efforts
  • Understand customer and market landscapes within assigned geographies
  • Prioritize opportunities and develop and implement local action plans to maximize sales impact
  • Engage healthcare professionals, answer questions, and discuss drug interactions, supply, and high-risk treatment eligibility
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the product, patient and consumer education, disease state, market dynamics, quality programs, health information technology, and care trends
  • Implement strategic call plans to exceed goals in assigned geographies
  • Analyze customer interactions and available data to tailor sales approaches
  • Guide retail pharmacy customer interfaces at the local level
  • Use pre-call planning, presentations, productive questioning, issue identification, and call summaries
  • Customize sales messages to customer needs and share approved support resources
  • Complete call reporting and inventory recording
  • Maintain supplies, equipment, and records
  • Participate in required sales conferences and training classes
  • Complete required compliance training

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including pharmaceutical sales, medical/medical device sales, professional sales or promotional activity, small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service, account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator experience, or full-time military experience
  • Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
  • Urgent Care setting experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid US driver's license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
  • Ability to complete required study and certification time
  • Ability to complete required Compliance training within client-set timelines
