Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Supervisor Pharmaceutical Coating to lead production operations at our West Virginia facility. You will oversee staff, ensure cGMP compliance, and coordinate with QA, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure high-quality output.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of relevant experience, and offers a competitive salary with a 10% shift differential for the 4th shift. Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Combination of experience and/or education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to meet the production schedule.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper equipment operation.
• Monitor output, quality, logs, and cleanliness; coordinate training.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analysis for process quality issues.
• Oversee batch records and reconciliation for controlled substances.
• Coordinate cross-shift supervision and coverage.
