Responsibilities

• Ensure assignments are completed on schedule following policies and procedures.
• Monitor production output and quality, initiate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure proper equipment operation, enforce safety rules, and maintain logs for inspection.
• Coordinate and oversee operators, back-up supervisors, and training in production operations.
• Review Batch Production Records and related documents; support corrective actions to reduce errors.
• Initiate investigations with QA for root causes and preventative actions within required timeframes.
