Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Coating for the 5th shift in St. Albans, Vermont. The role oversees coating operations, directs staff to meet the Production schedule, and ensures cGMP compliance and clean, safe work areas.

Minimum required is a Bachelor of Science or equivalent with 2–4 years of relevant experience. The position offers a salary range of $30,000 to $49,000 USD with a 20% shift differential for the 5th shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure compliance with cGMP rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of assignments according to policies and procedures.
• Guide and direct staff in production areas to meet the production schedule.
• Monitor output and quality, initiating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure equipment operation and adherence to safety rules and cGMP guidelines.
• Coordinate training on production operations and cGMP compliance.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for inspections and maintain logs.
• Review batch records and time sheets, and support investigations for root causes.
