Job summary

SKAN US, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Wireless Glove Tester (WGT) Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair WGT equipment on site. The role involves supporting IQ/OQ and PD/PQ at SKAN US and on customer sites.

Travel is substantial—about 60% on average (50% if based in Raleigh). Candidates should have a mechanical or electrical background, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and SAP. Training through the SKAN Academy is provided.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating projects and customer inquiries.
• Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on WGTs.
• Support IQ/OQ and PD/PQ at SKAN US and on customer site.
• Collaborate with colleagues to solve technical issues and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Stay updated on WGT testing technologies and regulatory standards
• Implement corrective actions with assistance as needed to address deviations
• Collaborate with customers to ensure continuity with repairs and maintenance
• Travel 60% on average; 50% if Raleigh office based
• Internal goal setting and tracking
• Participate in and conduct WGT trainings as needed
• WGT troubleshooting on site or remote
• Provide support to the Metrology department as needed
