Tris Pharma, Inc. in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is seeking a Washroom Technician to support manufacturing operations on all shifts. You will ensure material flow, clean equipment per SOPs, assist with daily cleaning, and follow work orders and safety policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Shift options include first, second, and third with respective hours; compensation includes base pay around $21/hour

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets documents such as safety policies and operating instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability and willingness to work additional hours as required by business needs.
• Physical requirements for a manufacturing-based position (lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods).
• Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsabilités

• Maintain continuous flow of product and components to manufacturing; ensure supplies are in stock.
• Ensure manufacturing equipment is cleaned per SOPs, FDA and cGMP standards.
• Assist with daily cleaning functions (vaults, floors, halls, etc.).
• Assist in general manufacturing activities as needed.
• Follow work orders and specifications precisely.
• Adhere to plant safety policies and procedures.
