Job summary

Quva Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Picking for our Bloomsbury, NJ site. The role supports batch manufacturing by completing picking tasks with both manual and automated tools, ensuring accuracy against ERP picklists and maintaining inventory integrity.

The position runs on first shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), is full-time, and on-site with a safety-sensitive policy. Training provided to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in pharmaceutical operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• 18+ years of age.
• Experience in Distribution/Warehousing/Shipping/Receiving/Logistics or Inventory Control.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Picks starting materials and supplies according to ERP picklist.
• Transacts picked material in ERP system and verifies accuracy.
• Restocks shelves and rotates stock per First-Expired, First-Out policy.
• Handles damaged or expired inventory per policy.
• Unloads trucks and loads recyclable materials.
• Receives and stores material to designated locations for warehouse flow.
