Job summary

Quva is seeking a Warehouse Technician I – Picking for the Bloomsbury, NJ site to support batch manufacturing. You will perform batch picking using manual or automated tools, transact picks in the ERP system, and ensure inventory accuracy to meet production needs.

The role is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with a safety-sensitive environment and potential overtime. Training will be provided for compliant processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for shift.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.
• 1–2 years in Distribution/Warehousing/Logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Picks starting materials and supplies per ERP picklist to support batch manufacturing.
• Transacts picked material using ERP system and verifies accuracy.
• Restocks shelves and rotates stock per FIFO principles.
• Unloads trucks and handles recycling materials as needed.
• Receives and stores materials to designated locations for efficient flow.
