Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience, preferably in pharma operations.
• Basic math calculations and reading training documents, product labeling, and warehouse signage in English.
• Pass medical screening and background checks by relevant authorities.
• Self-motivated, fast-paced, team-oriented with customer satisfaction focus.
• Adaptability to changing work demands and cross-training in multiple areas.
• 3+ years working with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Familiarity with MS Office, general computer skills, and RF scanners.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more with assistance and operate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Comply with policies to maintain training, safety, GxP, and gov't standards.
• Process paperwork accurately per policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in multiple operation areas to reduce errors.
• Receive and inspect inbound product for infestation, overages, shortages, and damages.
• Pick customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Transfer and locate material to storage or shipping locations.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the order.
