Job summary

CordenPharma is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Boulder, Colorado to lead and develop warehouse staff and ensure the safe, efficient handling of materials within a 24/7 operation. You will ensure regulatory compliance, accurate inventory, and effective coordination with production and logistics teams.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, with GMP and supervisory experience. Forklift and DOT/IATA certifications are valued, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required with 5+ years in warehouse/logistics.
• At least 3 years in a GMP environment and 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse functions and staff.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and environmental regulations.
• Support inventory management and SAP entries for orders.
• Coordinate material flow to meet production schedules.
• Manage audits, CAPAs, and incident reporting.
• Lead space utilization, cold storage, recycling and disposal projects.
