Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certifications preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical GMP or FDA-regulated warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift experience (stand up or sit down) preferred and basic material handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Load / unload trucks and complete receiving documentation and entries into the SAP system.
• Stack / load pallets and transport material by operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Sort and stock materials, perform product identification and damage inspection.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of materials in main and satellite warehouses.
• Conduct scheduled cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies.
• Handle hazardous/biohazardous/waste and used medical equipment per procedures and EH&S policy.
• Maintain logs and comply with FDA regulations; ensure clean, organized work areas.
