Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Material Handler with inventory control experience to support warehouse operations in California. You will load/unload, stock, kit, issue, and transfer materials, while ensuring inventory accuracy and GMP compliance. The role requires routine data entry and adherence to safety procedures.

The position emphasizes maintaining clean, organized work areas and collaborating with HR on employee relations as needed. A clean environment and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; APICs certification desirable.
• 1–2 years in production inventory control with MRP systems and data entry.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmaceutical/biologics clean environments.
• Solid math skills and ability to work in various environments including cold storage.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse ops: load/unload, sort materials, pallet prep, and shipping/receiving data entry.
• Perform stocking, kitting, issuing, and internal material transfers to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain equipment, calibrations, inspections, and GMP-compliant records.
• Housekeeping in warehouse areas; ensure safe, organized, and compliant workspaces.
• Assist with employee relations issues in coordination with HR and management.
