Job summary

Allia Health Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Receiver & Materials Coordinator for our GMP pharmaceutical facility in Houston. You will help maintain compliant material handling, accurate inventory, and efficient movement across three warehouse suites (100, 200, 300).

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced team, and capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in GMP/pharma and ERP systems is preferred, with on-site duties including occasional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or technical training preferred).
• 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or materials coordination experience — preferably in a GMP, 503A/503B, or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (training available).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors as needed .
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure materials are labeled, quarantined, and documented per GMP and SOPs.
• Coordinate material movement between suites (100, 200, 300) with chain of custody.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through timely system updates and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory Control to ensure efficient material flow to production.
• Manage storage organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
• Support audits by maintaining receiving and material records.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment.
• Occasionally assist with outdoor deliveries or loading/unloading.
