Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Materials Control team, overseeing receipt, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished drug substances. The role includes reviewing shipping docs, coordinating logistics, maintaining real-time inventory, and guiding staff development in a fast-paced cGMP environment.

The position is 100% on-site, 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm), with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
4+ years of management experience.
Prior pharmaceutical or CDMO experience preferred.
Experience shipping dangerous goods is required.
Prior hazardous materials management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials.
Reviews documentation, coordinates logistics, and manages real-time inventory in the system.
Ensures accurate inventory records and effective control of warehouse materials.
Conducts cycle counts and year-end physical inventories per standards.
Coordinates logistics and shipping per client specs and company standards.
Develops and manages department schedules and staff workflows.
Leads investigations and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues.
