Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Materials Control team and oversee receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of all materials including hazardous substances.

You will review shipping documents, coordinate logistics, and maintain real-time inventory in our system while driving continuous improvement and mentoring staff. This is a 100% on-site, first-shift role (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics.
• 4+ years of management experience required.
• Pharmaceutical or CDMO experience preferred.
• Experience shipping dangerous goods required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials.
• Reviews documents, coordinates logistics, and manages real-time inventory.
• Ensures accurate inventory records and material control.
• Conducts cycle counts and year-end physical inventories.
• Coordinates shipping or courier services per client specifications.
• Develops and manages department schedules and staff productivity.
• Leads investigations and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Maintains client communication and ensures timely supply.
• Recruits, trains, and retains staff; drives continuous improvement.
• Represents department in meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Creates systems to deliver value to customers and improve operations.
