Job summary

Alcami is seeking a Materials & Logistics Technician II for a 100% on-site, 2nd shift (Wed-Sat, 3:00pm-2:00am) to manage receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of raw materials, components, and drug products in a regulated environment.

You will follow SOPs and cGMPs, track inventory in the electronic system, and coordinate with freight carriers. Prior pharma/CDMO exposure and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years general warehouse experience required.
• cGMP or regulated environment experience preferred.
• Experience with imports/exports and related documentation preferred.
• Experience with cold chain shipping preferred.
• Pharmaceutical/CDMO and hazardous goods experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs and cGMPs to perform duties.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP and training requirements.
• Tracks, documents, and controls inventory.
• Selects items from a generated pick list for production.
• Stages materials for dispensing and production; returns unused materials to inventory.
• Distributes raw materials, packaging components, clinical supplies, and drugs/products.
• Contacts freight carriers and coordinates shipping details.
• Receives, stores, and inspects materials.
• Reconciles usage at depletion or disposition.
• Performs daily/weekly warehouse cleaning.
• Maintains inventory of consumables.
• Other duties as assigned.
