Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Materials Control team, ensuring receipt, storage, and distribution of materials with accurate inventory control and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Expect 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with 100% on-site requirements. The position involves managing hazardous materials, cycle counts, and client-facing logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Pharmaceutical/CDMO experience preferred.
• Experience shipping dangerous goods required.
• Hazardous materials management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution of materials.
• Review documentation, coordinate logistics, and manage real-time inventory.
• Ensure accurate records and control of warehouse materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and year-end inventories per standards.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping per client specs.
• Develop and manage department schedules.
• Oversee workflow and productivity of staff.
• Lead investigations related to warehouse and supply chain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and communicate with clients.
• Ensure timely completion of cGMP and company trainings.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff; provide coaching and development.
• Represent department in meetings; pursue cross-functional improvements.
