Job summary

Siegfried USA is seeking a Site Utility Engineer at the Pennsville facility to support, improve, and maintain critical utility systems including steam, condensate, chilled water, and HVAC. You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, SHE, Quality, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, support capital projects, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering and 3–5 years in utility or facilities engineering within manufacturing, with experience

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in utility engineering, maintenance, facilities or related roles in manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial utility systems (steam, condensate, chilled water, HVAC, etc.).
• Experience reading P&IDs, equipment drawings, specs, and docs.
• NJ Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator license or ability to obtain. CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for site utility systems (steam, condensate, chilled water, HVAC, etc.).
• Monitor performance and identify reliability, efficiency, safety, and compliance improvements.
• Troubleshoot utility system issues and support capital/expense projects.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and vendors; assist with change control and commissioning.
