Qualifications

• Proven customer acumen and relationship-building skills in a healthcare environment.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process.
• Experience collaborating with, supporting and driving sales through channel partners.
• Entry level Pharmaceutical Reps should possess PSC, CNPR or CMR industry Sales Certification.
• Aware of industry sell regulations and adhere to regulations when dealing with physicians.
• Entry level reps should obtain all industry certification to adhere to PharmaGen selling guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
• Solid process orientation and resource management with ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry and marketplace trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide product demonstrations and physician detailing to current and potential customers.
• Consult with physicians, nursing staff and medical office staff to secure product orders and increase usage.
• Sustain or generate new or repeat orders for all products and programs.
• Complete required reports accurately, completely and in a timely fashion.
• Adhere to federal pharmaceutical detailing regulations and industry sales guidelines.
• Entry level reps should obtain industry credentials.
