Job summary

Lupin Pharmaceuticals in Somerset, NJ, seeks a Program Manager, Technical Operations to lead site strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams across global operations. You will champion data-driven improvements, optimize manufacturing processes, and align R&D, Quality, and Engineering to drive performance.

The role requires 5–10 years in process engineering within pharmaceutical manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and PMP certification desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Process Engineering, or similar Life Science or Engineering degree.
Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification is a must; Black Belt certification desired.
5 to 10 years of proven experience as a process engineer in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
SME knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, and testing equipment.
Experience in generic pharmaceutical operations involving solid, liquid, semi-solid, and nasal spray technology is desirable.
Experience in utilization of project management tools is a must and PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Implement global process improvement program and culture of continuous improvement to deliver high performance and behaviours.
Collect and analyze data using statistical tools and methods on key products and processes. Identify improvement opportunities in all cross-functional departments.
Lead/facilitate root cause analysis using lean principles.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Material Management, Engineering, and site leaders to establish shared Goals and KPIs.
Identify improvement opportunities through lean Six Sigma to improve and sustain product robustness.
