Job summary

Lupin Pharmaceuticals in New Jersey is seeking a First Shift Leader to direct oral solid dosage packaging and manufacturing teams. The role requires leading operations on the 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 5:45 am–4:00 pm shifts, with discretion on best fit.

You will drive improvements, monitor production metrics in SAP, ensure cGMP adherence, and contribute to a culture of safety with cross-functional collaboration. Associates degree or higher preferred with 5+ years pharma packaging/manufacturing

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging and manufacturing teams on first shift.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and SOP adherence.
• Track production in SAP and report metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet objectives.
• Maintain safe work environment and identify unsafe conditions.
