Lupin Somerset seeks a Capital Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end construction and implementation of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing budgets, and timeline objectives.

The Capital Project Manager will report to the Engineering, EHS & Facilities Department. This role is responsible to manage the end-to-end construction and implementation of a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role will oversee all phases of the project—from design through construction, commissioning, qualification, and operational handover—ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, budget constraints, and timeline objectives.

The physical requirements of the position generally include: standing, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing. In some circumstances, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may apply. This position may require lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Generally work is performed in an office environment.
