Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Biochemistry, or life sciences required.
• 4 years Pharma/Biotech/Life Sciences or related regulated industry experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint and SmartSheet.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, lab, or CMC regulatory environment.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Training in project management or equivalent knowledge.
• Regulatory knowledge of GMPs, change control, risk management, and quality by design.
• Direct PM experience with tech transfer into sterile manufacturing.
• Customer-facing experience in pharma environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for tech transfer, commercial supply, and lifecycle projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and success criteria.
• Manage change controls and tech transfer plans.
• Oversee commercial supply agreements and ensure contractual commitments.
• Coordinate resources across departments.
• Facilitate meetings and capture minutes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues as needed.
• Provide regular updates to customers and senior leadership.
• Support customer visits and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
• Assist development of PMs and associate PMs.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas.
