Job summary

Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing (GRAM) is seeking a Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) - Finishing - Product and Process Support Specialist. The role leads finishing technology transfer activities, implements new equipment, and serves as an SME translating client needs into compliant GRAM batch records and procedures.

The position requires 3–5 years in pharma/biotech manufacturing, with a Bachelor's in Life Sciences preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of related work experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is highly desired.
• Experience with cGMP and regulatory expectations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finishing technology transfers from development to commercial manufacturing.
• Translate client documentation into GRAM-compliant batch records and procedures.
• Serve as MSAT SME on cross-functional and client-facing teams.
• Provide production support to troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve processes.
• Author, review, and approve batch records and supporting documents.
