Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in production engineering or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Available for off-shift and/or on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects for GMP Manufacturing Operations.
• Implement solutions for process optimization and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality.

Skills

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to lead and mentor technical and production staff

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, automation, or life sciences

Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years
