Job summary
Merck in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Analyst, Launch Planning to lead analysis and design for Strategy and Launch Planning capabilities within Content Supply Chain Orchestration. You will shape requirements, map processes, and guide cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
The role emphasizes advisory support to managers and product teams, with preference for Adobe Workfront experience in planning workflows and orchestration use cases.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, standards definition, compliance requirements translation, or solution design within regulated enterprise environments.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements, translate into process and solution recommendations, and provide guided implementation approaches.
- Experience supporting planning workflows, launch processes, or cross-functional business operations in content, marketing, or related environments.
Responsibilities
- Business Analysis and Requirements Management: gather, document, validate requirements for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning; translate into user stories and functional requirements.
- Process Design and Continuous Improvement: analyze workflows, standardize planning activities, document future-state processes.
- Solution Delivery and Testing: support design-build-test deployment, assist with test planning and user acceptance testing, drive adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Support: advise cross-functional stakeholders, prepare communications, enable adoption of new capabilities.
