Job summary

Civica, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President/General Manager to lead manufacturing operations at the Civica site, building the leadership team and infrastructure for compliant, cost-effective production of medicines.

Responsibilities include directing facility design, process development, regulatory interactions, and site-wide culture. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and strategic execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in engineering or sciences and at least 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage site teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with FDA regulatory expectations (cGMPs, DSCSA, etc.).
• Ability to develop strategic site plans and execute capital projects efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall site leadership to align with company mission and culture.
• Oversee facility design, construction, process development, qualification, regulatory review, and site approvals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in regulatory inspections and quality/safety initiatives.
• Implement site operations strategy to maximize capacity, quality supply, and cost efficiency.
• Establish performance plans and accountability across plant staff.
