Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Returning to academic program for at least one semester after internship.
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical industry or academia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in lab safety and Excel.
• Prior chemistry/biology coursework and lab instrumentation.
• Undergraduate lab research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing samples, data analysis, and ELN documentation.
• Support day-to-day operations and instrument operation.
• Perform routine instrument calibration and maintenance.
• Present data in weekly team meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to optimizing experimental workflows.
• Prepare a comprehensive internship review at the end.
