Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Boston area for Primary Care and Specialty products. The role targets both entry level and experienced professionals to lead physician account management and drive promotion of our portfolio.

The position is field-based, requires a valid driver’s license, and demands strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a commitment to compliance with industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Field-based role requiring a valid driver’s license.
• Strong inter-personal and sales abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through and build awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to foster long-term professional relationships.
• Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives and sales programs as applicable to scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory for effective use of time and to meet goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors and customers; report to management.
• Complete industry pharmaceutical sales training and CME education to stay current.
• Review contract performance and adjust actions to grow market share.
• Develop cross-functional support with the sales team to execute pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
