Job summary

American Regent is seeking a warehouse professional in Shirley, NY to support receiving, storage and distribution in a GMP environment. You will verify shipments, log items in AS400, and stage materials for production while maintaining strict inventory control.

The role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and certification to operate warehouse equipment within a 89‑day probation period. Knowledge of SDS and PPE is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; education preferred.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse is preferred.
• Basic math skills and PPE readiness are expected.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against Bills of Ladings and POs for accuracy.
• Receive inventory in AS400 or via scanning guns and put away items.
• Deliver non-inventory materials to end users and maintain storage locations.
• Conduct daily and monthly cycle counts and update records.
• Operate material handling equipment as certified during probation.
• Handle controlled substances and hazardous materials per regulations.
• Maintain inventory records and use warehouse management systems.
