Job summary

American Regent in New Albany, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics team. This role supports receiving, put-away, staging for production, and cycle counts in a GMP environment.

You will operate warehouse systems (AS/400), maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have forklift certification, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Distribution and warehouse experience preferred.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SDS and PPE usage encouraged.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming shipments against Bill of Ladings and POs.
• Put away received inventory in proper storage locations.
• Deliver and stage materials for production.
• Perform daily and monthly cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment as certified.
• Maintain inventory records and system accuracy.
• Receive and ship hazardous materials per regulations.
• Keep warehouse, dock, and storage areas clean.
• Assist QA/QC sampling as needed.
