Granules Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician/Dispensing Operator in Chantilly, VA, to stage and dispense raw materials, maintain a clean dispensing environment, and ensure cGMP and SOP adherence.

The role involves handling packaging materials, conducting material checks, and recording transactions in the batch records and SAP system. The position requires a minimum high school diploma, 1–5 years in pharma/food, and experience with dispensing, weighing, or mixing raw materials

Formación

• Minimum High School diploma; Associate Degree preferred.
• 1–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/food industry.
• Experience in dispensing, weighing, and/or mixing of raw materials is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up the dispensing room per SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Record specifications.
• Document setup and cleaning in the logbook and paperwork.
• Dispense required raw materials/packaging materials from the warehouse as per SOP and Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Check information of materials as per Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Issue materials per Batch Manufacturing Record and record in Production Batch Record and inventory card.
• Enforce FIFO on all material withdrawals.
• Check expiry and retest dates of materials before dispensing.
• Clean the dispensing room after dispensing; store materials properly.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
• Perform daily calibration and keep staging area clean.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain SAP MM inventory with daily issuing/receiving of materials.
• Understand SAP process flow from receipt to shipping; use SAP T codes for receipts/issues.
