Job summary

ARUP Laboratories, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Document Control Specialist for the PharmaDx department. You will maintain revisions, manage MasterControl workflows, and ensure documents are properly named and archived, supporting ISO, FDA and GMP compliance.

The role involves assisting with audits, training colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement within the PharmaDx quality team. This on-site position reports to PharmaDx Quality 506.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electronic and/or hard copies of approved current revisions for the PharmaDx department.
• Manages MasterControl workflows for approvals and reviews.
• Ensures documents are named, numbered, and formatted before upload.
• Performs document control audits as required.
• Assists in preparation for audits and inspections.
• Trains and mentors other PharmaDx Document Control Specialists.
