Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Quality Agreement Specialist to support quality assurance operations in Phillipsburg or Bridgeport, NJ. You will develop and maintain quality documentation, manage customer quality agreements, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related field and at least three years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical settings, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in technical services, engineering, quality or sales in chemical/pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience in designing, updating quality documentation and quality agreements.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality documentation and quality agreements.
• Manage and negotiate Customer Quality Agreements with the Avantor legal team.
• Respond to customers' technical and quality inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and QA to improve processes.
• Participate in lean process reviews to boost efficiency.
