LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems is hiring a Quality Control Lab Analyst II for pharmaceutical manufacturing. This full-time, onsite role is based in West St. Paul, MN, with typical hours from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. You will perform routine QC analyses on in-process and finished goods, including HPLC, pH, and water-content tests, and maintain accurate records. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, and 2–4 years of pharma lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, including pH, water content, and HPLC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality control analysis of in-process and finished goods.
• Bench work including solution preparation, pH, water content, HPLC, dissolution, and transdermal testing.
• Stability testing according to established protocols.
• Environmental monitoring of production clean rooms.
• Perform QC review of data records.
• Draft stability program protocols and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and USP.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
