Job summary

LTS Lohmann Therapy Systems is seeking a QC Lab Analyst II to join our on-site team in West St. Paul, MN. The role focuses on routine QC testing of in-process and finished pharmaceutical goods, with emphasis on HPLC and other analytical methods.

The candidate will perform bench work, stability testing, environmental monitoring, and data review, ensuring compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and USP. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a pharma manufacturing lab.
• Strong knowledge of pH, water content, and HPLC.
• Experience with Empower 3 chromatographic software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine QC analysis of in-process and finished goods.
• Bench work: solution preparation, pH, water content, HPLC, dissolution, and transdermal testing.
• Stability testing per established protocols.
• Environmental monitoring of production clean rooms.
• QC review of data records.
• Draft stability program protocols and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, USP.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities in the lab.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation problems (HPLC).
