Job summary

LTS Lohmann Therapy is hiring a QC Lab Analyst II for pharmaceutical manufacturing in West St. Paul, MN. The role focuses on quality control testing of in-process and finished goods in a busy laboratory environment.

You will perform routine analyses, maintain equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting product quality improvements and documentation accuracy. This full-time onsite position offers growth and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques including pH, water content and HPLC.
• Experience using Empower 3 chromatography software.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine QC analysis of in-process and finished goods.
• Perform bench work including solution prep, pH, water content, HPLC, dissolution, and transdermal testing.
• Execute stability testing per established protocols.
• Monitor production clean rooms environmental conditions.
• Review data records for QC compliance.
• Draft stability program protocols and reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and USP.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the lab.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation problems (HPLC).
