Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is hiring a QA Incoming Inspector to join the inspection team responsible for receipt, sampling and final disposition of components. The role involves interaction with internal staff, vendors, clients and auditors to ensure product quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include handling incoming raw materials and laboratory reagents, maintaining SOPs and Material Specifications, and representing QA during audits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Pharmaceutical Experience.
• FDA Regulated Industry Experience.
• SAP/Master Control.
• Travel <10%

Responsibilities

• Handle, inspect, sample and disposition of all incoming raw material components used to process or will become part of the final product.
• Inspect, and recommend disposition of all materials utilized in the laboratory areas such as testing reagents, chemicals, and standards.
• Inspect and recommend disposition of all returned goods for Customer Service and carry out that final disposition.
• Assist in writing and/or revising Standard Operating Procedures and Material Specifications for QA Incoming Inspection area.
• Represent the Incoming Inspection area during vendor and client audits/tours of facility and interact with auditors.
• Other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
