Qualifications

• Bachelor's in commercial, economic, scientific, or related field required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Pharma industry and M&A exposure a plus.
• Project or consulting experience a plus.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Ability to structure top-down written and oral communication.
• Strong analytical visualization skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; seek speed improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Flexibility with tight deadlines and changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Supports project teams by ensuring tasks align with project specs, budget, timelines and scope.
• Structures issues and frames problem solving sessions.
• Prepares project plans with milestones and deadlines with guidance from the integration lead.
• Facilitates data gathering and notes from interviews with input providers.
• Performs analyses and supports development of recommendations.
• Prepares slides using clear, top-down / bottom-up communication approaches; creates project minutes and schedules meetings.
