Job summary

Fraser Dove International is seeking an organized Project Manager in Sacramento to coordinate pharmaceutical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment across internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders while managing scope, schedules and budgets.

You will monitor risks, maintain documentation, and support regulatory-compliant execution to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible project coordination experience in a technical or regulated environment.
• Around 2 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred.
• Understanding of customer expectations, project lifecycle management and operational processes.
• Strong organisational, planning and cross-functional coordination skills, including the ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related discipline preferred but not required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from initiation through to successful completion.
• Maintain delivery against scope, schedules, budgets and milestones, escalating risks or issues.
• Keep internal teams, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders aligned on responsibilities, deliverables and priorities.
• Assist with forecasting project costs, timelines and milestones while monitoring progress and escalating risks or issues.
• Coordinate with Business Development to prepare project proposals and support customer presentations.
• Coordinate technical and support teams to maintain project alignment, information flow and compliance.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and support Senior Project Managers with customer communications.
