Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in Lexington is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary interface with clients for development projects and manage cross-functional execution. You will coordinate client requirements, timelines, budgets, and risk management across multiple complex projects in a GMP environment.

The role reports to the Director of Project Management and requires strong communication, organization, and FDA/regulatory understanding in a contract pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in pharma manufacturing or CRO/CMO is desirable.
• Familiarity with cGMP and FDA regulations; ability to follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients throughout manufacturing processes.
• Lead determination of client requirements and manage scope and timelines.
• Negotiate scope changes and maintain project budget and critical path.
• Coordinate communications with clients via calls and meetings; record minutes.
• Develop risk management plans and report project metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with finance to obtain project financials and close-out.
