Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of Project Management experience in pharma preferred.
• 2+ years of pharma industry experience desired (CDMO/CRO preferred).
• Good knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations; SOPs and safety policies.
• Proficient with SmartSheet, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; PM processes understood.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive in stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage pressure; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact through manufacturing process; manage expectations.
• Lead client requirement discussions and scope changes with proper documentation.
• Control project scope, timelines and budgets for multiple complex projects.
• Coordinate meetings and communications; maintain detailed minutes and action items.
• Develop risk management plans; monitor variance and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with business development and internal teams to kick off projects.
• Mentor team members and drive alignment with Piramal Pharma Solutions policies.
